All Sales Final
Due to the custom nature of our products and fulfillment processes, all purchases are considered final once an order has been placed. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds at this time.

Order Issues
While all sales are final, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ladiesofsteam@gmail.com or text us at 772-STEAM-US with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review each case individually and work with you to find a suitable resolution when appropriate.
